Skincare Review :: Neutrogena Deep Clean Micellar Gel to Foam

I was recently sent a newly released Neutrogena skincare product from a PR company to try out.

The Neutrogena Deep Clean Micellar Gel to Foam is a 2 in 1 makeup-remover and deep cleanser.

It claims to be gentle enough to use every day, and the one I am using is for normal to oily skin. There is also one for dry skin.

How I use it

  • With my makeup still on, I start by applying one pump all over my face. It starts off as a gel and I massage this into my skin, evenly across my face.
  • Then I apply a small amount of water, again massaging it into my skin, which turns it into more of a foam consistency. I then use a bit more water and a makeup remover wipe to get rid of all of the residue.
  • I follow up with my normal everyday moisturiser.

Since receiving the cleanser two weeks ago, I have used it everyday I have worn makeup. I have definitely noticed it leaves my skin feeling a lot cleaner than when I just use wipes on their own. It also removes my face makeup really well, and when I use a makeup wipe at the end of my routine there is barely any foundation or face products on the wipe. This confirms my skin is really clean!

Overall I’m really loving this product, and it has quickly become one of my favourite skincare products in my routine. You only need to use a small amount of product at a time, and it’s super easy and quick to use and leaves your skin feeling clean and fresh.

I will definitely be repurchasing when I run out!
